Sing for Shelter - Requesting Sponsorship


Description of Project: We will produce a CD featuring songs performed by musicians facing homelessness in Falmouth.  Using a portable recording setup to collect each track, CDs will be pressed and given to victims of homelessness for them to sell for themselves. 

Target Budget: £750

This project is a labour of love relying on the generous support of individuals.

An initiative considering the local economy

We are marking £20 notes to encourage local spending - ie at establishments with staff (and owners) who are living in Cornwall. The yellow circle is a simple device to remind the holder that this cash belongs within Cornish borders and in the hands of people not corporations.

Adopting the iconic style of vintage travel poster design, we explore the mythical town of Corhampton, sitting halfway between England and California.
